Sieve v0.8.21 CRAM-MD5
Highlights
- Fixes the Electron Inbox refresh action so it explicitly synchronizes the
selected mailbox with the IMAP server before fetching the current messages. - Gives the Windows application the same guarded UIDPLUS behavior as the
Thunderbird add-on: after a successful Sieve run, only the selected
original message is permanently removed with targetedUID EXPUNGE. - Refuses to run the filter when targeted EXPUNGE was requested but the IMAP
server does not advertise UIDPLUS. - Opens the release's README from Thunderbird's Release Notes tab and adds
a dedicated Thunderbird add-on section to that README. - Adds a Sieve button to Thunderbird's unified mail toolbar. It opens the
Sieve account overview or focuses the already open Sieve tab. - Adds 10/20/50/100-row pagination to Inbox and Spam after searching the full
loaded message list. - Adds Open, Reply, and Forward to the Inbox context menu. The XPI
uses native Thunderbird actions; the EXE uses dedicated message and compose
dialogs and opens completed drafts in the default email program.

Sieve v0.8.20 CRAM-MD5
Highlights
- Fixes Thunderbird 121+ Inbox listing by passing the required folder ID and
synchronizes the Inbox with the IMAP server when it is refreshed. - Makes Run Sieve now reconnect ManageSieve when needed, resolve the IMAP
host and Inbox path reliably, create literalfileintodestinations, and
apply the active script to exactly the selected message. - Uses UIDPLUS to expunge only the selected original after the Sieve rule has
been applied successfully. - Reconnects ManageSieve automatically before saving an Inbox-created rule.
- Shows each possible similar existing
ifrule in its own read-only source
field with script name, line, matching criteria, and Load into editor. - Loading an existing rule selects its originating Sieve script and displays
its first literalfileintotarget. Saving replaces only the exact unchanged
source range instead of appending a duplicate. - Clarifies the Inbox rule controls and labels, removes the redundant execution
confirmation, and labels cancel actions consistently. - Improves Thunderbird socket diagnostics and fixes malformed proxy URIs for
literal IPv6 addresses.

Sieve v0.8.18 CRAM-MD5
Highlights
- Fills the Inbox rule editor's target-script selector before inspecting every
script body. - Loads the active script first and enables Lint/Save only after the selected
script body is available. - Removes the non-canceling overall 20-second timer which could leave later
source requests waiting behind abandoned script inspection work. - Stops queuing further inspection requests after the rule modal is closed and
reports individual script failures without emptying the selector. - Adds a visible Close button beside Settings in the Windows app.
- Uses the same orderly shutdown for the new button and the native window close
control: check open editors, disconnect ManageSieve sessions, then exit.

Sieve v0.8.16 CRAM-MD5

the two useful views of the full Sieve editor. - Enables the generated rule's required capabilities inside the graphical
parser sofileinto :createtemplates render as editable graphical blocks. - Keeps the source view available and displays an actionable error if the
graphical editor or server connection fails. - Shows explicit loading, empty and error text instead of unexplained blank

Sieve v0.8.15 CRAM-MD5
Highlights
- Fixes in-place Windows upgrades failing with errors such as
Can't write: ...\chrome_100_percent.pakwhile Sieve is running. - Warns the user to save open editor changes before an upgrade closes Sieve.
- Uses the Windows Restart Manager and a targeted
sieve.exeprocess fallback,
then verifies that both the executable and Chromium resource pack can be
replaced before extraction begins. - Shows a Retry/Cancel error instead of continuing with a partial installation
if another process still holds an application file open. - Keeps the NSIS source used for the release in the repository so future
installers use the same reviewed upgrade behavior.
