v0.3.0 - Reusable AXI4 UVM VIP

Extracts parameterized AXI4 master and reactive-target UVM agents into a standalone VIP package while preserving the measured fabric closure: 30/30 named scenarios, 100/100 seeded-random runs, 8/8 real UVM tests, 130/130 SystemC replays, 56/56 functional bins, 46/46 canonical crosses, and 24/24 advanced crosses. Includes an independent VIP self-test with zero UVM errors, fatals, or mismatches.

v0.2.1 - UVM CI dependency fix

Installs the Flex C++ headers and help2man required to build pinned Verilator v5.048 on a clean Ubuntu runner, and limits push CI to main so release tags do not duplicate the verification workflow. Functional and verification evidence is unchanged from v0.2.0.

v0.2.0 - Out-of-order and QoS verification depth

This release adds legal out-of-order target completion across distinct AXI IDs, target-ordered AW/W ownership, eight real UVM runtime scenarios, 130 SystemC trace replays, 24 advanced concurrent-activity crosses, four leaf formal proof groups with mutation counterexamples, malformed-target checker tests, sustained QoS/fairness characterization, and deterministic SVG debug evidence. The complete release gate closes 18/18 measured criteria while preserving explicit open-source and non-signoff limitations.
