Android 9 Playback support. #507

Bug Description

Hello,

Love the GUI, purchased the Android app, but unfortunately on an old Android 9 tv the video does not play if using EXO (two behaviours - either there is a black video, no sound and seek seems to show as if the file has only 2-3 seconds or Plezy announces that it opens a compatible player, which is probably my tv's default (I don't recognize the GUI), which fails to playback video, but at least there is sound), if I use MPV option I get audio, but GUI keeps flickering on/off). If I use external player - VLC or my own installed video player - I get video and audio just fine.. but I lose separate subtitles that Plex app loads by default (not the embedded one).

Suggestions? Are you aware/will you fix this?

Again, Plex Android app plays the files and loads the subtitles, it just has a sluggish interface. VLC and Next Player play the files, but they loose the sub support (I'd have to load those manually on my TV and load them from there - no way hose).

Steps to Reproduce

Play any file

Expected Behavior

Play the file, load subtitles from Plex server.

Actual Behavior

With exo: No video or audio, playback ends after 2-3 seconds or Plezy opens separate default video player that plays audio, no video.
With mpv: no video, has audio, flickering GUI.
With external player (tested with VLC and Next Player) - playback is fine (seek as well), but the separate subtitles from the Plex Server won't load.
