Reproducible Buildroot guest for pyproc Web Computer

This release is the stable distribution point for the first reproducible i686 Linux guest used by
the pyproc Web Computer. It is an execution asset release, not an npm package release.

Assets include the guest image, exact Buildroot source archive, complete Buildroot legal-info
archive, CycloneDX inventory, build manifest, reproducibility manifest, and the exact build config.
releaseAssets.json pins the name, size, and SHA-256 of all seven original assets; the pyproc asset
catalog in turn pins that manifest's SHA-256 and size.
