opus-mlow release 1.0.0

Added

  • Added SMPL/MLow support from Meta's Opus 1.4 TLCS port (caminojc/tlcs) integrating codec sources, build wiring, and encoder/decoder routing into Opus baseline
  • Ported TLCS encoder and decoder CELT/SILK hooks for SMPL compatibility (e.g., silk_NLSF2A_32, OPUS_UNUSED)
  • Added utilities for MLow packet analysis: mlow_packet_has_vad_flag, mlow_packet_has_fec_content, and mlow_packet_parse_toc
  • Added SMPL packet emission support in opus_smpl_encode_native when use_smpl is enabled and not in restricted low-latency mode

Changed

  • Wired ENABLE_SMPL feature flag through opus_encoder, OpusDecoder, repacketizer, and public API
  • Applied WASM-safe build fixes (-Ofast conditionally enabled when OPUS_FLOAT_APPROX) to downstream SILK/CELT algorithms
  • Preserved Opus 1.4 upstream CELT/SILK improvements separate from TLCS lineage

Fixed

  • Fixed encoding logic to ensure compatibility with WhatsApp MLow packet format
