Dependency-hygiene patch release. No behavioral change — decoder output is
bit-identical and GPU paths are unchanged.

Highlights:
- Vendor abandoned khronos-egl as edgefirst-egl (dynamic-only, trimmed)
- Vendor abandoned gls as edgefirst-gl (trimmed to the HAL surface, no runtime deps)
- Drop abandoned fast-math (vendored bit-identical exp_raw) and deprecated serde_yaml (-> serde_yaml_ng)
- Unify the dependency tree on libloading 0.9 (g2d-sys 1.3.1 + edgefirst-gbm 0.19)
