Adding links to terminology and links to pages when words in terminology are mentioned in content. Limited to the first time said word(s) are mentioned. Also fixed various grammar issues.

Summary
Added links to words in terminology to either point to terminology.md or to their respective pages (Darcy cloud for example).
Also changed spelling/punctuation/grammar in various places where noticed.
