Webhook Replay Harness v0.1.0

Webhook Replay Harness v0.1.0 is the first public source release of Edilec's MIT-licensed, Node.js 22+ CLI for replaying sanitized webhook fixtures against an in-process mock receiver.

• Exercise declared retries, backoff, ordering, and duplicate event IDs under virtual time.
• Inspect one captured result per delivery, a receiver attempt log, findings, and pass/fail/incomplete exit codes.
• Refuse targets outside the declared in-process receiver before constructing a delivery attempt. The CLI sends no network requests.

From a checkout, run the public synthetic example:

node bin/webhook-replay-harness.mjs --plan examples/clean/plan.json

The deliberately broken example is at examples/broken/plan.json. These fixtures do not capture live webhooks, verify signatures, prove production delivery, or measure real-world latency. See the README, replay rules, and Edilec's open-source catalog for context.
