(Beta) HIP / AMD GPU Support
Quick note for those that are on Windows, and have an AMD GPU but installed CPU Dependencies Previously:
In order to use the new AMD Dependencies, go to settings in the top left,
and at the bottom click: Re-Download Dependencies
(This Step is only Needed on Windows)

- Much better way to keep track of running processes

- Better download and zip extracting on windows installation
- Fix bug where images with spaces in file name cause densify point cloud to fail (we copy and rename the files)
