  • Build fallback variants from /v1/models advertised reasoning efforts (OpenRouter, Synthetic) when no built-in or user variants exist.
  • Add /chats command listing chats from all workspaces grouped by workspace path, with optional title filter. Workspace roots are persisted in the chats index or hash-recovered.
