🚀 Release: Smarter Geocoding & Safer Prompts

This update refines Ubiquité’s internals, making maps more configurable, prompts more stable, and your overall experience smoother than ever.

✨ New & Improved

🧭 Custom Geocoder Configuration — You can now define your own geocoder classes and fine-tune rate limiting directly from the TOML config. This opens the door to advanced setups without touching the code.

🧹 Prompt Sanitization Fix — Resolved a LangChain formatting bug where curly braces caused message crashes in both users and assistants messages. Prompts are now fully sanitized and crash-proof.
