This is the editor,

when a game is in progress you can refresh this page
(CORS is handled so it also works locally,
if you can somehow host it, adapt the CORS in the server),

edit the board (you can upload jsons extracted from the server
or edit new situations)

send (propagate) the json to the server

and continue game (human or bot)...

The editor has been stable since a while now (2.1) and should be compliant
(or will be kept compliant)
with the server.
