5.4.14 (2026-06-09)

  • Missing session cleanup: opencode_job status now treats backend 404/410 message polls as terminal missing_session results, removes the job from the active list, and caches the diagnostic instead of leaving durable job state orphaned.
  • Tests: Added a regression where the fake opencode backend deletes a session before the next message poll, proving the bridge cleans it up and repeat polls return the cached diagnostic.
