5.4.15 (2026-06-11)

  • Codex bridge auto-sync: scripts/setup.sh now detects when Codex is configured to run a copied bridge under ~/.codex/mcp-servers/ and refreshes that copy during install/update, preventing installed-version drift.
  • Installer controls: Added OPENCODE_MCP_AUTO_SYNC_CODEX_BRIDGE=0 to disable copied-bridge auto-sync while preserving the explicit OPENCODE_MCP_CODEX_BRIDGE_PATH override for custom paths.
  • Provider concurrency queueing: Added optional OPENCODE_MODEL_CONCURRENCY caps so providers such as DeepSeek can be limited locally and excess jobs stay pollable in a queued phase until a slot opens.
  • Tests: Added coverage for provider concurrency queueing and kept the missing-session cleanup regression passing.
