Ask your AI tool whether Orca is up to date
Two new MCP tools, 74 in all:
check_for_updatetells your AI tool which version you're running, what the latest one is, and what each newer release is about. Ask "is my Orca up to date?". When you ask about a feature your version doesn't have yet, the tool can tell you it needs an update.offer_updatebrings Orca to the front with its Update prompt. Nothing installs until you click Update. On a server running only the daemon, it gives the upgrade command instead.
