A tidier start page

• Shared services as a strip. A workspace's shared services, such as Mailpit, Grafana and MinIO, come first as a row of small chips with a status dot, instead of rows of full cards.
• Small projects share a row. A project with one or two services no longer takes a whole row: it sits next to others.
• Room for the search box. How many services run is now under the title, so the search box gets the space, and everything in the top bar lines up.

Your own apps next to a workspace

When a workspace brings its own certificate, such as one for *.local.acme.dev, your own routes outside that domain, such as myapp.localhost, keep a certificate from Orca's own certificate authority. Before, they got one your browser didn't trust. Names two levels down, such as api.crm.local.acme.dev, which a wildcard certificate doesn't cover, get one too.
