Modified name of trigger file from .skip-ldif to .skip-ldif-import
Modified location of trigger file from / to /var/lib/ldap (on the persistent volume; otherwise, any modification in the EIONET ldap configuration file will get to trigger another import of the ldif)
Changed ownership of /var/lib/ldap after slapadd, otherwise slapd will not start (LDAP_UID and LDAP_GID need to be added to the environment)
