add label mode, extra image viewer, profile improvements, and reset

- Profile-level action type (copy/move/label/custom) overrides per-shortcut action
- Label mode (single/multi) with output directory and sub-folder template ({parent1}, {parent2}, …)
- Quick label creation from main viewer in label mode
- Duplicate profile
- Custom keyboard shortcuts for function buttons
- Reset annotation progress (deletes .annotations.json with confirmation)
- Extra image side-by-side viewer: define ExtraImageRoot + ExtraImageLinkDepth per profile, shows linked image next to current image for debugging
- FolderPicker now has a clear (×) button when a value is set
