Various issues with instrument extensions

The following issues related to instrument extensions are found:

1. After moving instrument extensions to the new repo ( studio-extensions) some instruments are not installed. The list view of instruments that is opened by default (i.e. All) doesn't include indications if extension is installed or not. Therefore we need to change that.
2. If instrument displayed on Home page is not installed (? mark as its icon) we have to offer an "install extension" as new button or option in right menu.
3. Instrument with large history cannot open session display.
