- Convert console application to Windows Forms tray application
- Add TrayManager for system tray with context menu (reload config, exit)
- Implement proper key state tracking for down/up events
- Add separate SendArrowKeyDown/Up and SendRegularKeyDown/Up methods
- Remove duplicate and unused code from LowLevelKeyboardHook
- Update README with tray interface documentation
- Fix configuration file name reference in README
