First release of the revamped package, and the one global_snow_networks pins.

easysnowdata.stations — the five snow-station network clients (AWDB, CDEC, DataBC, NVE, Yukon AquaCache) moved here from global_snow_networks with their history, under a higher-level adapter: stations.inventory() returns a GeoDataFrame, stations.load() an xarray Dataset, and stations.archive.load() reads that repo's daily pre-downloaded archive. That repo now imports this package rather than carrying its own copy.

A product catalog. Every data product is registered with its sources, variables, credentials, citation and health probes; esd.catalog.describe() prints it, and the documentation pages are generated from it. 57 routes are probed weekly for availability, latency and virtualization-readiness, and a failure opens a data-source issue.

Theme modules — snow, optical, sar, land, terrain, climate, hydro, stations — with one load() per product, an aoi parser that takes anything sensible, and one credential provider per service (esd.auth.status()). New sources include VIIRS snow, SNODAS, HLS, UCLA snow reanalysis, PlanetScope and MODIS CGF.

Documentation is Sphinx now, at https://egagli.github.io/easysnowdata, with 24 executable gallery examples.

The old API still works. Every previous entry point is a deprecation shim that forwards with a warning; nothing that worked on 0.0.x stops working here.

Requires Python 3.12+.
