CI hang resolved: The calculator regex warm-up introduced in 1.2.2 ran inline on async runtime threads and at every MCP server startup. In debug builds the unit-alternation pattern compilations take multiple seconds of CPU per process, which starved the bounded-dispatch timer wheel (wedging the cooperative_cancellation_visibility test and its un-abortable spinning handler until CI's job timeout) and multiplied that cost across every short-lived MCP subprocess in the integration suite.
Warm-up now runs once per process on a detached OS thread; debug builds skip it entirely. Release builds keep startup precompilation so no request is charged for compilation.
cooperative_cancellation_visibility hardened: the spinning handler now bails after 30 s so a failing assertion can never wedge the test process, and the observation wait moved off-runtime (dedicated poller + Notify) so the coordinator's timer is never starved by the watchdog.
Changed
Clippy compliance with rustc 1.98: replaced three literal-only format! calls in src/tools/text.rs with .to_string().
