gregg): Ctrl-R now reliably delivers the replacement endpoint through the bounded scheduler command channel and polls it immediately.
- Client endpoint reload (
gregg): Reloaded configs reconcile stable system IDs and deliver replacements without losing pending state.

greggd): Corrected greggd host description — it sets the bind address, not the display name.
