/cco-overhead mcp — observation → the exact removal command
Every configured MCP server ships its tool schemas into the session baseline whether you use it or not. The new overhead.js mcp audit checks 30 days of tracked mcp__* calls against every configured server and prints per-server verdicts — servers never called get the exact claude mcp remove "<name>" -s <scope> fix, and the /cco-overhead skill offers to run it. Verdicts hold off until 5+ tracked sessions of evidence.
Benchmark: the cache-break guard, priced
node benchmark/run.js now prices what the v4.5 cache-break guard protects: one avoided break on 150K context = $0.86; at 3 breaks/day that's ~$57/month (150K ctx) to ~$152/month (400K ctx). Saved to results.json as cacheBreakEconomics.
