🚀 Major Release: Producer-Controlled Proxy Pattern

Complete API rewrite implementing the proxy pattern. Breaking change from v0.1.0.

🔄 Migration Required

1. Consumers: Remove library dependency, use standard StackReference
2. Producers: Update to createStackAlias() API
