  • Starts with Windows automatically after you run it the first time (no admin needed).
  • New Start with Windows checkbox in the right-click menu to turn that off or back on.

Install: download NetMeter.exe, put it in a folder you keep, and run it once. Until signed releases are available, SmartScreen may ask: More info → Run anyway.
