Two weeks ago, a new tag "3.12.0" was added, and a build has been published to Maven Central. This release is now picked up by Dependabot as a new release.
However:
- The tag was created on a branch, not on master like previous release tags
- There is no Release created for it here on GH
- There is no release branch like there is for previous releases
- The ehcache webpages or release notes also don't mention it yet, and there doesn't seem to be any updating (PR) pending for that yet either.
So is this is a proper release, or should we ignore this?
