• Each skill first checks that the technology it covers is used in the project. If it is not, the skill reports Not used in this project with its evidence and stops, instead of reviewing nearby code.
• A review may read the state of a local copy (list and get commands, SELECT queries, HTTP GET). The skills now say this, how to use WP-CLI in a container whose entrypoint is already wp, what to do when the site is not running, and how to search without rg.
• Unverified candidates carry no severity. WCAG reviews convert color(srgb ...) values before computing contrast and keep manual criteria at Needs evidence.
• The PHPStan, CI/CD, migration, block, test strategy, plugin and performance skills have a short Applicability note for projects that lack the usual setup.

Fixed

• The theme skill no longer asks for a wp theme list field that does not exist. It reads the parent theme from the template and stylesheet options instead.
