v1.0
Task Manager
This release introduces a CLI task management app that allows users to create, update, and manage tasks using simple text commands. The app processes a variety of commands to perform actions like adding tasks, marking them as completed, deleting them, or listing all current tasks.
How it works:
- Users input commands in the format of a text line.
- The app processes the command, splitting the input into individual words.
- Based on the first word (the command), the app determines the appropriate action:
- "todo", "deadline", "event": Adds new tasks to the list.
- "mark", "unmark", "delete": Updates or removes tasks.
- "list": Displays all tasks.
- "bye": Exits the app, ensuring all changes are saved.
- "help": Provides a list of supported commands.
- Unknown commands: Are handled gracefully with a helpful message.
Features:
- Simple command-based interface for task management.
- Ability to mark tasks as completed or uncompleted.
- Save progress automatically before exiting.
- Provides help when commands are unknown.
This release makes it easy to organize tasks in a clear, text-based interface, perfect for users who prefer simple, no-frills task management.
