graft upgrade now restores the executable permission on downloaded Unix binaries before
validating them, and CLI release archives preserve that permission after GitHub artifact
staging.
The shell installer now resolves the latest stable CLI tag from both compact and pretty-printed
GitHub release metadata.
Compatibility
Repository, snapshot, remote, CLI JSON, and SDK session formats are unchanged.
