• Report the actual Monero wallet error instead of "unknown error, error not set".
• Fix an issue where a failed lookup of the Monero restore height by date silently set the restore height to 0, which caused a full rescan from the genesis block.
• GUI + ASB: Fix an issue where the app would exit with SIGSEV in a rare edge case
• GUI: Fix an issue where the GUI stopped asking a rendezvous point for makers after it once answered that no makers were registered. Makers that registered later were only found after a manual refresh or a restart.
• GUI + CLI: Fix an issue where a transfer proof for a swap that was suspended, finished or failed was neither buffered nor acknowledged until the app was restarted.
• GUI + CLI: Fix two issues with the acknowledgement of the Monero transfer proof. We did not acknowledge a repeated transfer proof while the swap was running, and we acknowledged a transfer proof that a suspended swap never read.
