Adds a value-based sort to the nearby-stations card: pulls region-wide lowest prices via Opinet's lowTop10.do, then ranks candidates by net gain after subtracting the round-trip fuel cost of the detour (using the vehicle's own historical efficiency and average fill size), so it only recommends stations that are actually worth driving further for.
