• Host entry is now index.js (no TypeScript / Vitest / build step)
• Pure helpers live in lib/; slash commands and plan intercept are unchanged
• Adds skills/plannotator/SKILL.md and Node 18–24 CI
• Install: dsh plugin --profile web add dsh-plannotator
