Added

• dank preview added to preview a production build, replacing
  the --preview flag for dank serve
• CSS output from esbuild.build when bundling a JS entrypoint
  with CSS imports is now supported, appending the CSS bundle
  with a <link rel="stylesheet"> to the appropriate HTML pages
• dank.config.ts supports a buildTag string expression or builder
  function to create the website's build tag using expression
  placeholders like {{date}}-{{gitHash}} to inject metadata
  into a custom build tag
• dank.config.ts can now configure a callback for a completed
  build by configuring afterBuild which will be called with
  AfterBuildArgs that includes WebsiteManifest
• Builds and CICD verify Linux, MacOS and Windows compat
• Enhancing esbuild.BuildFailure messages using DANK WebsiteRegistry
  context, so an unresolved Worker entrypoint erroring will include relevant
  help text and source location

• dank build creates a production build by default now, previous
  opt-in flags for production builds --minify and --production
  are now implicit for dank build and remain as available flags
  of dank serve
• Worker constructor URLs are no longer limited to the pages directory
  and can now resolve to any path within the project directory
• Built workers are now deployed to .lib directory of build/dist
