What's Changed

Bug Fixes

  • Auto-close GitHub Issues on session end — Sessions now properly close their associated GitHub Issue when the session ends (SessionEnd hook) or when the 30-minute idle timer expires (mark_done). Previously, issues remained open indefinitely.
  • Dedicated SessionEnd hook — SessionEnd no longer reuses the Stop hook (which sets "waiting" + starts a timer). It now immediately transitions to "closed" status and closes the issue.

Improvements

  • Stale session auto-cleanup — On every new session start, orphaned sessions (e.g., from unexpected power-off) older than the configured timeout are automatically detected and closed. No GitHub Actions required.
  • Rename OFF_TRACK → INACTIVE — The project board freeze status now uses INACTIVE (a valid GitHub Projects StatusUpdate enum value) instead of the custom OFF_TRACK string, for correct API compatibility.

Tests

  • Added 9 new integration tests covering session close, idle timer issue close, and stale session cleanup (35 total tests passing).
