Highlights since v0.4.0:

- feat(tui): comment compose adopts tui-textarea — caret movement,
  selection, word delete, and undo/redo in the compose editor
  (issue 0057, ADR 0064).
- feat(tui): image attachment viewer overlay, slice 1 — raster image
  assets open in an in-TUI viewer with a pure Loading/Ready/Error
  lifecycle and a placeholder render; real pixels arrive in slice 0059
  (issue 0058, ADR 0065).
- fix(docker): copy .claude/skills into the builder stage so cold
  Docker builds don't fail.
- docs(skill): the active-collab skill documents the ac comment write
  path and its HTML body formatting rule (one <p> per line,
  <p>&nbsp;</p> between sections).
