• Sync plugin metadata for the 2.3.7 package.
• Update plugin header Version, TK_VERSION, and readme.txt Stable tag to 2.3.7.

Validation

• PHP syntax check passed for all plugin PHP files.
• Release metadata validation passed.
• Module registry validation passed for 40 registered includes.
• Release ZIP validation passed.

Package

• Built release package: tool-kits.zip
• ZIP contains the expected tool-kits/ plugin root.
• Development files are excluded from the package, including scripts/, README.md, ROADMAP.md, Git metadata, and macOS metadata.

Note

• WordPress runtime smoke check was not executed because wp-load.php was not available in the current workspace.
