Tool Kits 2.7.16

Tool Kits 2.7.16 fixes stale author/publisher findings in Crawler Preview.

Both Preview Crawler Fetch and Scan Again now fetch fresh responses instead of returning a saved report for the same URL. Saving or removing a missing metadata fallback also rescans live responses before displaying the report.

Crawler scans request cache revalidation. The interface displays the last scan time and flags legacy reports as requiring refresh. Missing metadata is determined from the actual response, so a saved form value cannot falsely mark an incomplete upstream response as complete.

Validation: 40/40 standalone regression cases passed; 67 PHP files syntax checked; release metadata and ZIP validated. Tests cover stale reports, both scan buttons, complete author/publisher responses, per-crawler differences, fallback save/removal verification and upstream responses that remain incomplete.

Update using tool-kits.zip, then click Preview Crawler Fetch or Scan Again once to replace existing saved findings.
