PHP 7.4 Compatibility

  • Support activation and operation on PHP 7.4.
  • Replace the remaining PHP 8-only syntax in Vulnerability Scanner.
  • Declare and enforce PHP 7.4 as the minimum version.
  • Show a clear admin warning on servers older than PHP 7.4.

Validation: all packaged PHP files pass PHP 7.4 lint, the release archive structure is valid, and 33/33 regression cases pass.
