Control motion/sound event duration

New features

• Add number components to server device to control event durations:
  • Motion defaults to 20 seconds
  • Sound defaults to 10 seconds

Bug fixes

• Fix type in logs when storing configuration of proxy for recording
• Avoid saving default (config) entry id
