IElasticClient.Search<T>(ISearchRequest) still requires default index to be set

Since I set Types and Indicies on ISearchRequest, I expected this to work. It throws requiring me to specify a default index on the connection settings.

I'm having a similar to this, except with multisearch. The issue appears to be at https://github.com/elasticsearch/elasticsearch-net/blob/develop/src/Nest/DSL/Paths/QueryPathDescriptor.cs#L54 .

The descriptor asks the inferrer to guess an indexname, which is probably not the appropriate behavior if an index has been specified, since we don't need to infer one at all. It would seem like a reasonable error if there is no index specified however. Let me know and I can work on a minimal reproduction, but our code is something along the lines of.

Hi,

I have removed the code that throws this exception as it was mostly a relic of how things used to work before we had our dispatch into the low level client completely generated.

We can now rely on the exception that throws:
