Collect Kubernetes LimitRange Metrics from kube-state-metrics

Describe the enhancement:
Currently, Kubernetes LimitRange Metrics from kube-state-metrics are not being collected by the Elastic Agent and this information is useful since limitrange is a limit applied across the entire namespace to limit the CPU & Memory in a given namespace.
