[Discover] View surrounding documents link is broken

Describe the bug:
When clicking on View surrounding documents from a context view, the link is broken, ie. it doesn't lead anywhere.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to Discover
2. Select some documents
3. Expand a document and click on View surrounding documents
4. Once the documents have loaded, click on View surrounding documents on any document
5. Nothing happens

Expected behavior:
The link leads to the context view with appropriate surrounding documents.

Errors in browser console (if relevant):
None

I am going to reduce the impact, as on the second look, it looks like the documents ARE actually loaded, we're just not highlighting the currently selected document, which leads to confusion.
