This is a rather large refactoring. Some new stuff, and some fixes to old sins.

- #21 Make DM trend sensor - Not exposed in frontend but now working behind the scenes
- #74 Create state for temp lowered offset - Maint task for better code looping when lowering for any reason regarding temp diffs
- #75 Check clause for vent-boost at low DM - Didn't start. There was an issue with timeouts in the waittimer. Fixed
- #76 Alter this warning - Task. Fixed
- #78 Temp trend 0 yields offset +0.1 - Fixed
- #79 Tomorrow's offsets weird after midnight - Fixed
- #80 Inifite loop of water boost - Mitigated. Now it calls on once and waits for completion of boost cycle.
- #81 Boost must be at least every x hours - Waterboost. Now if it hasn't run for 24hrs it will push a boost regardless of price (for germ-purposes)
- #83 Add interim reading to temps on slow update - For certain sensors, temps arent updated very often. When this happens the trend is not that useable. To work around this i'm now inserting ghost-values if no update has been made for an hour.
- #85 Weather prognosis seems negative - When prognosis should alter your offset upwards there was a bug which is now fixed.
- #87 Consider not turning off compressor when outside below 0 - Peaqhvac will now try to do this by increasing the offset one step if you are currently heating, temp out side is below 0 and peaq forecasts that heating will stop within 60minutes.
