New release of electify.eu for Bundestagswahl 2025:

New features

• Feedback functionality
• Page reference to manifesto is removed if no relevant context was found
• Disclaimer for summary of AfD manifesto

Technical changes

• Switched to gpt-4o-mini, deployed on Azure
• Improved pdf parsing by switching to PyMuPdf
• Database is now downloaded from huggingface during docker build, avoids having to rebuild manually
• Improved pipeline for database creation and pushing to huggingface: party manifestos are dynamically downloaded during DB ingestion
• Connected to MongDBAtlas DB for logging feedback
• Switched to uv for dependency management, ruff for linting and formatting
• Decreased image size substantially
• Added integration tests
• Added Github workflows for testing, release and deployment
