• Skill removal: os.RemoveAll handles real directories (not just symlinks)
• Provider-only skills visible: Manage view now shows skills that exist only in the provider dir (like Qoder's docx, pdf, pptx,
  etc.)
• Config persistence: Config view loads saved state from config.json instead of hardcoded defaults
• Provider toggle respected: Status view reads enabled_providers from config instead of only checking directory existence
