An OAuth 2.0 client's `logo_uri` is arbitrary remote metadata, and `ClientInfo` passes it straight to an `<img src>`. Matrix avatars are unaffected because they are fetched through the media API and rendered from a `blob:` URL, so `img-src 'self' blob: data:` was enough until the Applications tab started showing client logos. Add `https:` (not `*`) so logos still can't be loaded over plaintext. Both the static-hosting headers and the nginx config are updated so the two don't drift.
