This may help with the issue I've seen reported on social media but not here (:roll_eyes:) where people adding flathub by using Sideload don't see flathub apps in AppCenter until they reboot.
It seems libflatpak has its own internal cache that needs to be cleared to pick up on remotes that were added from a different application.
