LOAD_OS_CATALOG makes the pool load the appstream data for all deb packages which we just filter out since they aren't flatpak packages.
We actually don't want the pool to load anything by default because we add extra data locations for our own cache.
I measured a rough performance improvement by 20-25%.
I also confirmed we get the exact same number of packages with and without this.
