Database almost full due to oversized arfq_postmeta table

Description

Our WordPress database (hosted on Strato) is full — the provider limits it to 2 GB, which made our website crash.
Using phpMyAdmin, I noticed that the arfq_postmeta table consumes more than 800 MB, which makes up most of the total database size.
This issue seems to be related to Elementor (and possibly Elementor Forms), as I found several users reporting similar problems.

Is there an official fix or cleanup method for this?

I already tried via Elementor Support and they asked me to post this here.

Steps to reproduce

1. Use Elementor (possibly with forms) over a longer period
2. Monitor database growth via phpMyAdmin
3. Notice arfq_postmeta taking hundreds of MB

Expected behavior

Database should not grow uncontrollably due to form or postmeta data.
